This pen is compatible with an Inkjoy .7mm gel pen and comes with the ink color of your choice (please see product pictures for ink swatches picture). These pens are also refillable, so don't throw them away!
This listing is for one pen and includes a black velvet pen pouch for easy gift-giving!
All pens are handmade with high-quality glitter, and sealed with a glass-like finish that is epoxy-free! Due to the nature of handmade items, some minor variations or imperfections may occur and are unavoidable. Also, colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. I make every effort to ensure your pen is finished superbly before presenting it to you. Please, handle with care.
There is a 10-15 day turn around time on the item(s) ordered. These turn around times are necessary for quality control, but I do my best to get them out well before they are due. You will be notified if there are any delays.

~ By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the turnaround time that is currently 10-15 days for making the pen and quality control. Your order may not necessarily take that long–pens will ship sooner if possible. I will message you if it is going to take longer than expected.
~ I do not have control over packages once I deliver them to the Post Office. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, so unfortunately if this happens, you will need to file a claim through USPS directly, but I will help as much as I can!

Meet the Maker
Hey, Hey! My name's Faith and I'm the Chaos Coordinator and Pen Producer here at Fairy Scribbles!
Back in 2020, I picked up the hobby of making epoxy tumblers, and I quickly fell in love with being able to make beautiful sparkly things for my friends. At the end of that year, some brilliant person posted in a tumbler group online that we could make sparkly pens using the same process as the cups--I was flabbergasted! As a self-proclaimed pen snob (with the 3 shoeboxes full of pens stashed around my house to prove it...) I was so excited to make my own sparkly pens for my daily journaling time! Since then, I've made hundreds of pens, and they still bring me joy and a smile every time I work on them!
In October 2024 I chose to take a good look at my personal mark on the environment. The fact that epoxy is incredibly toxic and releases VOC's into the atmosphere while it is being mixed and worked with didn't match my standards anymore, so I made the decision to quit using epoxy. I can't make a huge difference in the environment by myself, but thankfully there is an epoxy alternative that would ease my mark. I now use a product from the CrystaLac company called Grand Finale. It is a non-toxic, water-based sealer that I can use without a respirator and without gloves, meaning I get to be truly hands-on while making these pens!

How it’s Made
Each pen is handmade using a non-toxic, water-based sealer called CrystaLac Grand Finale. Each pen has two layers of glitter for maximum sparkle coverage; then, I add between ten and fifteen layers of CrystaLac (with several hours in between for each layer to dry completely). My favorite part is the sanding of the pens every three layers to make sure that they are smooth and glossy--I love being able to be so hands-on in every step of the process of making these beauties!
